Shipping policy

All orders ship free, and most arrive within 6–12 business days.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

Delivery times
Once your order is placed, please allow 6–12 business days for delivery. This includes processing time and transit. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. Tracking can take 2–3 business days to start updating after dispatch.

Delays
Occasionally, deliveries can take longer because of high order volumes, public holidays, weather, customs checks or carrier delays. If your order has not arrived within 12 business days, email us at cradlo@outlook.com and we will look into it for you.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before your order ships.

Lost parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at cradlo@outlook.com. We will work with the carrier to locate it and, if it cannot be found, send a replacement.

Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
