1. About us
This website is operated by Cradlo. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Cradlo, and "you" refers to anyone who visits our site or buys from us.

2. Using our site
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage it or interfere with other users.

3. Products and descriptions
We do our best to show our products accurately, including colours and dimensions. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product images, including lifestyle images, are for illustration only.

4. Product use and safety
The Cradlo Hug is a nursing and feeding support pillow for use by an awake adult. Always keep your baby within reach and in sight while they are on the pillow. Never leave your baby unattended on the pillow, never use it for sleep, and do not use it in a car, cot or bed. Follow all instructions and warnings supplied with the product.

5. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed. We may change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at the time of purchase.

6. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including our name, logo, images, videos and text, belongs to Cradlo or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cradlo is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our site or products, including loss caused by using a product contrary to its instructions and warnings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
